Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return policy, meaning you have 60 days from the date of shipment to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Original Condition: The item must be in the same condition as received, with all original contents and packaging.
  • Unopened TAVO Chip: The electronic component (TAVO Chip) must not be opened - doing so voids all warranties and return eligibility.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required.

 

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Contact us at team@tavosleep.com within 60 days of shipment to initiate your return.
  2. Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions on how and where to send the package.
  3. Proper Packaging: The item must be packed securely to prevent damage or loss of parts in transit.

 

Refund Conditions & Restocking Fees

  • Refund: Available if the product is in original packaging, re-sellable condition, complete, and undamaged.
  • Restocking Fees: A 3% standard restocking fee applies to all returns. If any original contents (such as packaging, accessories, or parts) are missing, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns if the TAVO Chip is damaged, forced open, altered, or customized.

 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The TAVO Chip is not meant to open. Do not open the TAVO Chip. There is a high risk of breaking the device if you open the TAVO Chip. Returns and warranty are voided if TAVO Chip is opened.

 

Promotions

If you are returning an item that was associated with a promotion/sale (e.g., a free gift with purchase, BUY2), the value of the promotional item will be subtracted from your refund. The refund will be adjusted to account for the promotional discount provided with the original purchase. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day Cooling off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. There will be a 3% restocking fee subtracted from the original amount paid. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Restocking & Return Fee:

  • Standard Returns: A 3% restocking fee applies to all returns to cover handling and processing.
  • Returns with Missing Items: A 10% restocking fee will be applied, and the refund will be prorated to account for missing components.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping fee.
